2008 GLORCS Rule Book

Here is the rule book for the 2008 season!! There isn't anything startling for this year for the racer but there are several changes to how the races are run and more rules have been built in to ensure more safety at the races.

We will be going with qual points as opposed to rocket rounds for this years qualifying. There has been alot of discussion about this and the concensus seems to be that qual points are the way to go. We will try it for this year and see how it works out and then evaluate, with the track owners and GLORCS Reps to determine if it is something we will keep for 2009.

We have better defined the teching section for throttle return devices to rectify some of the issues we were having last year. Have a read and if you have any questions please feel free to drop us an email to information@glorcs.com

For this season we will have rules available at the track for you to read and a copy will be posted by the race hut.

We will be working to have the GLORCS website online soon, but for now here is the link to look at the new rule book for 2008;

A few inquiries regarding the rule book and so everyone knows.

The rule book and a hard copy version is available at EVERY race and can be found in the race hut. If you need a copy ask the Race Director, a Representative or Director at an event and we'll give you one.

Cheers
