Qualifying Heat Rain / Rerun Discussion

Circumstances this weekend causes us to revisit the situations surrounding delay due to rain.. really this season we've been delayed at every event at some point by rain.

The question came to light regarding what circumstances do we rerun a heat and what circumstances do we carry on.

We're mainly focusing on Qualifiers.
What circumstances do we rerun a heat vs carrying on.
Questions of does this incur an unfair advantage or is it simply the hand deal when racing?

I believe that the Glorcs Reps and Directors in consultation with racers have come to an interim decision, stay turned for rule updates.

If the Qualifier is finished it should be counted .if the qual is stopped due to weather then rerun it .The race director should be the one to stop the main or to allow it to finish.

Plain and simple

I'm going to be posting a new version of the rules soon to address some issues. And this is one of them
